Collecting Diagnostic Data Using the vdiag Utility

Description

Starting from version 29, the Vinteo server includes a mechanism for collecting diagnostic information. This information is used to provide data about the system's state when contacting technical support.

Collecting Information

Execute the vdiag command in the server console. Diagnostic information will be displayed on the screen. This same information will also be duplicated into a log file, which can be downloaded via the system's web interface in the "Reports" → "Security Logs" → "app" → "vdiag.log" section.
