Minimum composition of technical means
To equip one client workstation a personal computer is required, which has the following minimum requirements:
- processor no lower than Intel Core i3 or equivalent;
- RAM no less than: 4 GB;
- free hard disk space: 400 MB;
- color monitor with screen resolution 1366x768;
- web camera with a resolution of at least 720p;
- keyboard;
- mouse manipulator.
Minimum software components
The software used by the complex must be represented by licensed localized versions of operating systems. To install and operate the subsystem the following software is required:
- operating system (any);
- web browser Mozilla FireFox version no lower than 3.0, Chrome, Opera, Safari, Internet Explorer 11.
To participate in the conference, your computer must be equipped with a built-in or external web camera and microphone. It is possible to work without a camera in audio-only mode.
There should be no restrictions on the network on the exchange of traffic between the computer on which Vinteo Desktop is installed and the Vinteo video conferencing server using the following protocols and ports:
- TCP traffic to port 443 of the videoconferencing server and return TCP packets from port 443 of the video conferencing server;
- UDP traffic to the video conferencing server from the range of ports specified in the video conferencing server settings for RTP (default 20000-65000) and return UDP traffic from this range of ports from the server.
In order to ensure the functioning of the automatic update mechanism it is necessary to provide access to the download.vinteo.com server via the HTTPS protocol (tcp, port 443).
