In version 28 of the Vinteo video conferencing server the new functionality Address book has appeared. Therefore the logic for displaying the list in the “Moderators” window of the conference settings has changed.

For the administrators the list in the “Moderators” window is formed from all accounts. For accounts (moderators) the list in the window is formed based on their address book.

Setting up moderators from the "Superadmin" side:

Setting up moderators from the account "Moderator 2" who does not have configured address book:

This is the situation when several moderators are assigned to a conference but they do not have each other in their address book. As the result one of the moderators may not see other moderators and when saving the settings he will delete all other moderators that he does not see.

To solve this problem it is necessary to ensure that these moderator accounts are visible in each other’s access profile in the address book.
