Preface

This manual has been tested for the following types and families of GPU accelerators:

  • Nvidia Tesla T4 – simultaneous operation of 3 accelerators on the motherboard;
  • Nvidia Quadro P620 – simultaneous operation of 4 accelerators on the motherboard.

Procedure for launching graphics accelerators

Nvidia Tesla T4

1. Remove power from the server;

2. Install graphics accelerators in the PCIe x16 slots of the motherboard (x8 with the ability to install x16 expansion cards in them);

3. Apply power to the server;

4. Wait for the image to appear on the screen. Hold down the "ESC" key and wait to enter the BIOS menu;

5. Go to Setup Utility -> Advance -> Socket Configuration -> Common RefCode Configuration;

6. Make settings as shown below; the values ​​of the first three functions are required and the rest are default:

2 MMIO High Base 56T
3 MMIO High Granularity Size 1024G
4 Isoc Mode Auto
5 Numa Enabled
6 Publish SRAT Enabled
7 SRAT Memory Hot Plug Disabled

7. Press "F10" button (Save and exit).

Nvidia Quadro P620
